Elite League Mastermind will spend the afternoon and evening of November 25 volunteering at the H-E-B Feast of Sharing. This annual gathering brings thousands of people together for a warm holiday meal, and our community plans to contribute by serving alongside many others. We are simply choosing to help at an event organized by United Way for Greater Austin and H-E-B, and we invite any interested members to take part through the official volunteer page.
Event Details
Date: Tuesday, November 25
Time: Two shifts are available. The first runs from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The second begins at 6:00 p.m. and continues until 9:00 p.m.
Location: Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Road, Austin, TX 78704

The organizers expect to serve meals to more than fourteen thousand people in Central Texas. They ask volunteers to arrive on time, follow their check-in process, and review all required waivers. Anyone volunteering with a minor will need to complete the appropriate form, and bringing a printed copy helps speed things up.
There is no parking at the Palmer Events Center. Free parking is available at the 2nd Street Austin Convention Center Parking Garage at 201 E 2nd St. The organizers explain that a shuttle runs from the corner of Brazos and 2nd from 2:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Volunteers receive a QR code for garage entry a few days before the event.

All volunteers must sign up individually. There is no team registration, so be sure to complete your own form. Bringing only essential items is recommended because the venue does not offer storage. Comfortable clothing and shoes work best. The event team will wear red shirts and volunteers are welcome to wear their own organization’s shirts if they want to create a sense of connection.
Check-in closes at 7:15 p.m. Anyone arriving later may enjoy the meal as a guest.
This gathering offers a chance to support a large community effort with a warm spirit and a shared purpose. If you would like to join us, simply use the official registration link above. We look forward to seeing many of you there and sharing a memorable evening of service.
