At nine years old, Patrick Lyons saw a scene in Batman Begins where Bruce Wayne dropped to the floor for pushups. That single moment lit a spark. Skinny, insecure, and desperate for strength, Patrick started doing pushups daily — writing his reps on calendars, chasing progress without yet knowing the science behind training.
He didn’t just build muscle. He built discipline. And that discipline became the foundation for everything that followed.
Growing up in Carrollton, Texas, Patrick thrived in the arts. Theater, speech and debate, choir, and band weren’t just hobbies — they became arenas where he learned to compete, win, and push boundaries. His high school placed first in state theater and debate, and Patrick was always at the center of it.
Academically, he set another bar. After seeing classmates in the “gifted and talented” program, he pushed himself to test in — scoring a 142 IQ and never earning less than an A again. By graduation, he was valedictorian, earning a full ride to UT Austin for engineering.
